MONITOR'S GUARANTEE

Monitor, Inc. guarantees all materials furnished are as specified on checklist, specifications, engineering strength calculations and drawings. Monitor agrees to replace without additional charge to the purchaser any item, which does not meet design specifications. Placement of signs or other structures must first be approved by Monitor; otherwise, roof and wind load warranties are void. Monitor offers a limited prorated guarantee on all standard color panels against chipping, peeling and cracking. Monitor warrants all other materials to be free of defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, unless specified otherwise.
